SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our items either via UPS or FedEx ground shipping. We will provide a tracking number once the shipping label has been created. We will add insurance to the package. We will ship out the item within 2 to 3 business days after receiving clear payments.
We will also offer local pickup. Please contact us and let us know if you would like to pick up your item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept return requests if we have received it before 14 days after the item has been delivered to the customer. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask us to return it. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will charge a restocking fee of 20% for items being returned to us
